You have access to our plans if you live in St. Louis city or the surrounding six-county service area in Missouri and Illinois: Madison, St. Clair County, Illinois; St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren County, and St. Louis City, Missouri.
Our Medicare Advantage plan, Medica Advantage with SSM Value (HMO-POS) with part D coverage has medical and drug coverage as well as extra benefits — including a Part B premium reduction, dental, over-the-counter allowance, transportation to medical appointments, meals post-discharge, routine chiropractic care, hearing aid and eyewear allowances, fitness benefits, and wellness rewards.
We also offer a Medicare Advantage plan, Medica Advantage Salute (HMO-POS) without Part D coverage. This is an excellent choice if you already have prescription drug coverage through a state prescription drug assistance program, TRICARE for Life, the VA, or an employer plan.
