Open to health plan members only with some exclusions*.

Physical activity is one of the best ways to help improve your overall physical and mental health. During this 21-day challenge, you’ll select an activity level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) then complete and track your weekly activity—focusing on all components of fitness (aerobics, strength, and flexibility). No matter your fitness level, this challenge can help you set and reach new physical activity goals.

Sign up starting July 21. You can sign up anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from Aug. 4 through Aug. 24. Sign up in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile. 

*Individual and Family plan members and non-members are not eligible to participate.
